• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use Bulkly for unlawful or prohibited purposes.
• Send unsolicited or spam messages.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Bypass or interfere with the security of the platform.

Bulkly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited conduct.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Payments are billed in advance as per your plan.
• All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
